All images are individually scanned and restored onsite - no automated processes are used. Our artworkers assess and produce the best possible outcome for your images. The majority of our customers bring their originals to the studio, however, if you are not local to Derby, simply ask us for full details on how we can still help you with your copy and restoration needs by posting, or emailing images to us.
You can be assured that we take very good care of your originals. We will always treat your photos as if they were our own, and look after them accordingly. Whilst we are not able to insure for damage to your pictures or their total loss, to reassure you, we can say that there have been no instances of accidental damage happening to a client's photo in the last thirty years. Your images are irreplaceable, and we treat them as such.
Advice We will give you the full benefit of our expertise, explaining what can be achieved from your original, and using our many years of experience and knowledge we will quote you based on how long the process will take. Some images can be improved quickly, others take many hours of careful retouching, adding missing parts, and removing damage.
Proofing If we are at all uncertain as to the outcome, we will invite you to view a proof of the image that we have created for you. On the rare occassion that it is not possible to meet a customer's expectation we will simply return your originals without quibble as we are confident that we can provide you with the best outcome possible.
Printing Our prints are produced on Fuji DP II Professional Colour Paper at a professional lab. We do not produce inkjet prints.
